1. Usually the best range of center distance is 30~50 times of the chain pitch P, but the wrapping Angle of the chain on the small sprocket should not be less than 120°.

2. The chain tensioning adjustment method is recommended to use the moving correction center distance. When this is not possible, use gears (light wheels or sprockets) or other practical methods of tension, especially when the inclination of the chain drive centerline to the horizontal line is greater than 60°, the chain adjustment should ensure that no additional load will be generated on the chain.

3. When tensioning, the sagging degree of loose edge should be 1%~2% of the center distance value, and the minimum value is suitable for vibration, impact or inclined transmission.
