Blood Collection Tube Mold

A vacutainer blood collection tube is a sterile plastic test tube with a colored rubber stopper creating a vacuum seal inside of the tube, facilitating the drawing of a predetermined volume of liquid.

The tube’s material is normally PET in plastic.

Usually the tube is in three Sizes: 13x75mm, 13x100mm and 16x100mm

We make full hot runner PET tube mold with 32 cavities or 48 cavities;

16x100mm tube with 16 or 24 cavities due to lower volume request.

In past ten years, we have made and exported thousands of molds to over 30 countries around the world. Those molds cover different fields, including Infusion and Transfusion, Syringes, Hemodialysis, Respiratory, surgical instruments and Diagnostic equipment etc.

In addition to mold development, we also offer Plastic Injection Molding in ISO Class 8 clean room environment. The OEM molding is typically for plastic parts of Class III medical devices, such as Catheter/ Delivery System components.
