Product Introduction
Xylose, commonly called wood sugar, is a natural 5-carbon sugar(pentose) obtained from the xylan-rich portion of hemicelluloses, present in plant cell walls and fiber. Xylose into fine acicular crystal, appearance white tiny crystal or powder, taste sweet, equivalent to 0.7 of sucrose sweetness; Melting point is 153~154 ℃, spin phenomena change. Xylose is a great alternative to white sugar and has none of the negative side effects of sugar.

● Xylose is an antibacterial and antifungal, particularly with gram negative organisms and Candida. It is also providing to help prevent cancer of the digestive tract.
● Xylose mainly by restoring hydrogenation manufacturing Xylitol, whose applications are more widely.
● As a no-calorie sweetener in food, Xylose can be used in beverage for obesity and diabetes. And is also used in baked products.
● In developed countries, Xylose has been applied in pet food.
